At our prestigious hotel in the heart of Riyadh’s Financial District, we are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleanliness Expert to elevate our standards of cleanliness and hospitality. This role is more than just maintaining a pristine environment—it’s about creating a seamless, memorable, and luxurious experience for every guest who steps through our doors. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every corner of our hotel reflects our commitment to excellence, from meticulously cleaned guest rooms to immaculate public spaces.

In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering Exceptional Guest Service: Anticipating and fulfilling guest requests with a proactive and attentive approach, ensuring their stay is both comfortable and exceptional.
• Maintaining Impeccable Cleanliness: Performing thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and meeting spaces, to create a welcoming and hygienic atmosphere.
• Stocking and Organizing Supplies: Efficiently managing and replenishing cleaning carts, linens, and amenities to ensure all areas of the hotel are well-stocked and ready for guest use.
• Adhering to Quality Standards: Following established cleaning protocols, company policies, and industry best practices to maintain consistency and uphold our reputation for luxury and attention to detail.
• Ensuring Safety and Professionalism: Prioritizing a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues while maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.

This role demands a high level of physical activity, including prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
