Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrator with specialized expertise in Qiwa and GOSI platforms to join our dynamic team. This role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals and is pivotal in ensuring seamless HR operations while maintaining full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, and company policies. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our organization, government authorities, and employees, managing critical employee-related transactions and supporting workforce administration.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Administrator (Qiwa & GOSI Specialist) will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including:

  • Qiwa & GOSI Administration:
    • Oversee the management of employee contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations, through the Qiwa platform.
    • Process employee transfers, profession changes, and work permit-related transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor compliance with Qiwa regulations and labor laws, ensuring adherence to all MHRSD guidelines.
    • Support Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance initiatives and contribute to workforce planning activities.
  • GOSI Management:
    • Register new employees with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) and maintain accurate records.
    • Update employee profiles, salaries, and employment statuses in the GOSI system.
    • Process additions, deletions, and end-of-service updates for employees in compliance with GOSI regulations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly GOSI contributions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Labor Law Compliance:
    • Provide expert guidance on Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and regulatory changes to management and employees.
    • Ensure employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, and employee benefits comply with legal requirements.
    • Monitor regulatory updates and advise leadership on necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
    • Support labor inspections and government audits by preparing documentation and facilitating inspections.
  • HR Operations & Government Platforms:
    • Maintain organized digital and physical employee files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
    • Prepare and issue employment letters, salary certificates, and experience certificates as required.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
    • Coordinate with the Payroll department to verify the accuracy of employee data across systems.
    • Manage and process transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant government portals.
    • Liaise with the PRO (Public Relations Officer) and government authorities to resolve queries and ensure compliance.
    • Ensure employee records are consistently updated and synchronized across all platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. HR certifications are considered a valuable asset.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations within Saudi Arabia.
    • Proven track record in managing Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem platforms with a high level of proficiency.
    • Experience handling large employee populations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
    • Expert-level proficiency in using Qiwa and GOSI platforms for HR and payroll administration.
    • Strong understanding of employment contracts, labor compliance, and regulatory reporting.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
    • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for data management and reporting.
  • Languages:
    • Arabic: Preferred
    • English: Professional working proficiency
