Position Overview

The Engineering Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Makkah, Riyadh, or Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for a skilled engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of engineering solutions that enhance quality, operational efficiency, and workplace safety. The Engineering Specialist will play a pivotal role in analyzing technical data, preparing comprehensive documentation, and supporting the execution of engineering initiatives that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Analysis and Documentation: Conduct in-depth analysis of engineering data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications to support project execution and compliance with established standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to coordinate small-scale projects, monitor progress against defined timelines, and ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions within operational workflows.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all engineering activities adhere to relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures. Stay abreast of evolving technical regulations and best practices to maintain the highest levels of safety and quality.
• Communication and Reporting: Facilitate clear and concise communication with internal stakeholders, including senior management and operational teams. Participate actively in meetings, present findings, and contribute to decision-making processes that drive continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within engineering processes and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. Candidates with degrees in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering are particularly encouraged to apply.
• Professional Registration: Active registration or membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of engineering software relevant to the discipline, with the ability to leverage digital tools for analysis, design, and documentation.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to articulate technical concepts clearly, document findings accurately, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
