Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding market reach and enhancing brand visibility for Soft Touch and Sleep Key products. This full-time, on-site position in Jeddah requires a proactive professional to drive sales growth, cultivate client relationships, and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, nurturing existing partnerships, and effectively communicating the unique features and benefits of our products to retail and hospitality clients. Additionally, the role encompasses coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and leveraging market feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth and Client Acquisition: Prospect and secure new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the retail and hospitality sectors.
• Product Presentation and Training: Deliver compelling presentations to highlight product benefits, provide training on product knowledge to internal teams and key accounts, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Marketing Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales performance.
• Market Feedback and Strategy Refinement: Collect and analyze market feedback to inform sales strategies, pricing decisions, and product positioning in collaboration with management.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed sales reports, track performance metrics, and utilize CRM software to manage customer data and sales pipelines effectively.
• Local Travel and Client Engagement: Undertake local travel as required to visit clients, attend industry events, and participate in market activities to strengthen business relationships.

• Local Availability: Ability to work full-time on-site in Jeddah and undertake local travel for client visits and market activities as needed.
