Ground Operation Team Member

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ground Operation Team Member to join our dynamic logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless execution of last-mile delivery operations by efficiently receiving, organizing, verifying, and dispatching orders to our network of riders and drivers. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining a safe, organized, and high-functioning hub environment while collaborating closely with Ground Operation Supervisors, Order Care teams, Acquisition teams, and warehouse personnel to uphold operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing and Dispatch: Receive incoming orders, meticulously verify their accuracy, and ensure they are properly organized for timely dispatch to riders and drivers. Maintain clear communication channels to address any discrepancies or urgent updates.
• Hub Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards to create an optimal working environment.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Ground Operation Supervisors, Order Care, Acquisition, and warehouse teams to streamline processes, resolve operational challenges, and escalate issues promptly when necessary. Foster a collaborative atmosphere to enhance overall team performance.
• Peak Demand Support: Assist during high-demand periods, such as holidays or promotional events, by adapting to increased workloads and maintaining operational efficiency under pressure.
• Issue Escalation: Identify and report operational bottlenecks, discrepancies, or safety concerns to the appropriate teams to ensure swift resolution and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: While prior experience in logistics, delivery, warehousing, or operations is beneficial, we welcome candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience. A passion for operational efficiency and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support the demands of a 24/7 operation.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills are required to navigate operational systems and tools effectively.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are critical to success in this role.
