Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Strategy & Compliance: Develop and enforce BIM execution plans (BEP) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650, COBie) to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for BIM-related queries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment between architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Data Management & Quality Control: Oversee the creation, validation, and maintenance of accurate BIM models, including 3D coordination, clash detection, and quantity takeoffs.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Lead workshops and training sessions to upskill teams on BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD) and best practices for sustainable digital workflows.
• Project Documentation: Generate comprehensive BIM deliverables, including model reviews, as-built documentation, and project-specific reports to support post-construction phases.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define BIM requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
