Trade Marketing Agent

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Agent to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between our brand and our retail partners, ensuring our products achieve maximum visibility, market penetration, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities

• Retail Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers to promote our brand and products effectively.
• Merchandising and Display Optimization: Collaborate with retail teams to design and implement eye-catching in-store displays, ensuring products are positioned strategically to maximize sales and brand visibility.
• Sales Execution and Support: Work closely with the sales team to execute trade marketing strategies, including promotions, pricing strategies, and product launches, while providing on-ground support to drive sales performance.
• Market Intelligence and Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams. Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities and performance metrics.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for retail staff and partners to ensure they are well-versed in product features, benefits, and promotional campaigns, fostering a deeper understanding of our brand.
• Promotional Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee promotional activities, including in-store events, sampling programs, and loyalty initiatives, to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels at retail outlets to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize stockouts, while coordinating with logistics teams to address any supply chain challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: A minimum of Matriculation or O-Level certification is required. A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in trade marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred, though candidates with less than one year of experience and a strong passion for marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Key Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret market data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales and marketing targets.
