Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Payroll & Operations Specialist to join our esteemed team at Waad Education. Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management: Process and administer payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and deductions in compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
• Financial Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of payroll transactions, tax filings, and regulatory reporting to ensure full adherence to financial and labor regulations.

• Data Management: Utilize payroll and HR software to manage employee data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Gusto, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong knowledge of tax regulations, labor laws, and financial compliance is critical.
