Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including construction companies, builders, retailers, and homeowners, to foster trust and loyalty.
• Sales Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and assess sales opportunities within the market, leveraging technical expertise to provide innovative and reliable solutions that meet client needs.
• Proposal Development & Execution: Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Follow through diligently until the proposal is successfully closed.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by consistently delivering high-value sales performance and strategic client engagement.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, providing insights into market trends, client feedback, and sales progress.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and inform strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution, addressing client concerns and delivering high-quality solutions that meet project specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a strong foundation in technical principles relevant to interior decoration and finishing works.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, with a mandatory focus on the construction industry. Prior exposure to interior decoration and finishing materials is highly advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of interior decoration and finishing works, including materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities to effectively engage clients and close deals.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English at an intermediate level or higher, ensuring clear and professional interactions with diverse stakeholders.
• Mobility & Compliance: Possession of a valid driver’s license, enabling travel to client sites and project locations as required.
