Production & Manufacturing Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Production & Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee and optimize our factory’s daily production operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining seamless workflows, upholding rigorous quality standards, and leading a dynamic team to drive operational excellence and maximize productivity. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet and exceed industry benchmarks while fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Line Oversight: Direct and supervise daily mixing, filling, and packaging operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and efficiency targets.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce strict compliance with established quality standards and product specifications, conducting regular inspections to mitigate deviations and maintain consistency.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and train a workforce of 10–20 employees, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Operational Coordination: Monitor production timelines and collaborate closely with the warehouse team to synchronize logistics, inventory management, and supply chain requirements.
• Process Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, document deviations or anomalies, and generate detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Leadership & Organization: Exceptional ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ISO quality systems and other industry-standard protocols is highly advantageous.
• Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in dynamic environments, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and output.
