Your Role and Responsibilities

As a BIM Engineer specializing in Architecture and Structural (ARCH/STR) disciplines, you will play a pivotal role in the development, coordination, and execution of BIM models to ensure seamless project delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• BIM Model Development: Create, manage, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural and structural components, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM models, resolve clashes, and optimize design solutions for efficiency and constructability.
• Technical Documentation: Generate detailed BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, to support project planning, execution, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks on BIM models to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and adherence to project objectives.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-leading BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, to develop and manage models, as well as perform clash detection and coordination reviews.

• Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit (Architecture and Structure), AutoCAD, Navisworks, and familiarity with BIM 360 or similar collaboration platforms.
