Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Beauty Therapist, your core responsibilities will include performing a wide range of advanced facial and body treatments with precision and professionalism. You will be expected to:

• Conduct electrical facial treatments, including Galvanic, High-Frequency (HF), and Microdermabrasion, to enhance skin rejuvenation and address various skin concerns.
• Administer body therapies such as massage, Cavitation, Radiofrequency (RF), and Lymphatic Drainage to sculpt, tone, and revitalize the skin.
• Provide specialized treatments in Ayurveda, Eastern European Traditional Therapies, and Body Sculpting, catering to diverse client needs.
• Demonstrate expertise in cellulite reduction and skin analysis using advanced tools such as VISIA technology to deliver personalized treatment plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in beauty therapy, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless and luxurious spa or salon experience for clients.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• A recognized diploma in Health & Skin Care, Beauty Therapy, or Somatology, such as CIDESCO or ITEC, with a specialization in aesthetics and advanced therapies.
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in a premium spa, salon, or cruise ship environment, handling high-end skincare products and treatments.
• Proven proficiency in electrical facials, body electricals, and manual therapies, with a strong understanding of skin physiology and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• A confident, professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Desirable Skills & Experience

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will be considered advantageous:

• Expertise in traditional and holistic treatments, including Gua Sha, Skin Rolling, and Cupping.
• Proficiency in advanced skin analysis tools, such as VISIA, to provide data-driven treatment recommendations.
• Experience in Lash Lifting and Brow Lamination to offer comprehensive beauty services.
• Prior international employment experience, particularly in a cruise ship or luxury spa setting, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness.
