Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation & Analysis: Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for projects, leveraging industry benchmarks, historical data, and market trends.
• Risk & Value Engineering: Identify cost risks early and propose innovative solutions to mitigate financial exposure while enhancing project value.
• Contract & Procurement Support: Assist in contract negotiations, ensuring cost-efficient procurement strategies that align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Compliance: Generate comprehensive cost reports, variance analyses, and financial documentation to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to align cost strategies with technical and operational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in cost management, leveraging data-driven insights to refine processes and enhance project profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in **Cost Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field** (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in **cost estimation, budgeting, or financial analysis** within engineering or construction projects.
• Familiarity with **cost-control methodologies, value engineering, and procurement processes**.
• Proficiency in **cost estimation software** (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or industry-specific tools).
• Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent **communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
• Fluency in **English** (Arabic is a plus, given the Tabuk location).
