Your Role: Driving Impact as a Product Specialist in Immunology

As a Product Specialist, Immunology in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our innovative therapies reach the right patients while upholding the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and scientific rigor. Reporting under the Pharmaceutical Sales function, your responsibilities will focus on maximizing the adoption of our registered products within their approved indications, fostering long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and driving market access strategies that expand treatment availability.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will be centered around three core pillars: patient-centric engagement, strategic market expansion, and operational excellence. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

• Enhance Patient Access and Market Share: Leverage a multi-channel approach—including face-to-face interactions, digital communications, and tailored presentations—to educate HCPs on the clinical value of our immunology products. Align your efforts with the Commercial Value Team (CVT) strategy to ensure compliance with J&J’s Credo principles, quality guidelines, and local regulations while maximizing sales performance.
• Drive Territory Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned market share targets by deeply understanding the patient journey, optimizing sales processes, and identifying opportunities to expand our product reach. Collaborate with Market Access teams to uncover both short- and long-term business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
• Elevate J&J’s Scientific Reputation: Position Johnson & Johnson as a leader in digital innovation and scientific excellence by organizing educational and promotional events. Engage with key stakeholders—such as Directors of Pharmacy, Procurement Managers, and Hospital Leadership—to build lasting partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous standards in customer interactions by adhering to Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes accurate reporting of HCP visits, meticulous sample handling, and continuous performance improvement to deliver measurable results.
• Strengthen Account Relationships: Conduct comprehensive account mapping to understand logistical, contracting, and decision-making processes. Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers to ensure seamless integration of our products into healthcare systems.
