Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Officer, Digital Performance to join our Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI) team. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Officer, Digital Performance will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Performance Reporting and Analysis: Issue comprehensive monthly performance reports to stakeholders, analyzing the effectiveness of digital banking initiatives and specific projects. Utilize the Digital Channels Analytics Engine to generate detailed analytical reports on user behavior, providing actionable insights to enhance customer experience and engagement.
• Dashboard and Report Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the monthly Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI) dashboard, ensuring it reflects accurate and up-to-date performance metrics. Additionally, support the creation of DBI reports as requested by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Budget Management and Financial Reporting: Assist in the management of the DBI budget, tracking expenditures and issuing monthly spend reports. This role requires a keen understanding of financial processes and the ability to present budgetary insights clearly and concisely.
• Digital Business Engagement and Transformation: Actively participate in digital transformation initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of omni-channel experiences, self-service capabilities, and digital payment solutions. Your insights will help shape the future of our digital banking ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Digital Delivery, Digital Business Engagement, and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and the successful delivery of digital initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in performance reporting, data analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and software, with a strong ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Experience in financial analysis and budget management, including the preparation of monthly spend reports.
  • Expertise in data visualization techniques to create compelling dashboards and reports that drive decision-making.
