The Customer Engagement Administrator is a pivotal role responsible for managing our company’s digital presence and ensuring all corporate marketing and communication materials accurately represent our brand, products, and capabilities. The primary focus of this role is to enhance customer engagement through strategic management of our LinkedIn profile, company website, corporate profiles, catalogs, presentations, and other marketing content, while consistently upholding our professional corporate identity.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage our company’s LinkedIn page, website content, and other digital communication channels.
• Develop and publish engaging marketing content, including company news, product launches, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Design and update company profiles, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other branded marketing materials.
• Support customer engagement initiatives, exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain marketing assets and prepare monthly reports on digital performance and marketing activities.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field, and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and English, along with strong communication skills, is essential. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, LinkedIn management, website content management, and graphic design tools is required. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Timely delivery of digital content and marketing materials, coupled with continuous growth in digital engagement and accurate website updates, will be key to success in this role.
