The Senior Finance Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for driving strategic financial planning, monitoring, and reporting for our Projects Management Consulting (PMC) team. This involves managing and maintaining resource budgets, forecasts, and staffing plans to ensure alignment with project and business needs.

• Manage and maintain the PMC resource budget and forecast, tracking expenditure against approved plans.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and identify trends and risks.
• Develop and maintain PMC staffing plans and workforce forecasts.
• Prepare resource-loading models and consolidate headcount data for accurate reporting.
• Produce monthly resource and financial performance reports for executive management.
• Support annual budget preparation and periodic forecast cycles.
• Monitor resource utilization and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on resource planning.
• Maintain accurate forecasting of future PMC resource demand and associated costs.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, resource planning, or project financial management. Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning techniques is essential, along with strong Excel modeling and data analytics skills.
