KOL Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced KOL Marketing Manager to drive our influencer marketing strategies across overseas markets, with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market.

In this role, you will:

• Identify, source, and evaluate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across international markets and lead partnership negotiations.
• Develop and execute innovative KOL marketing strategies, managing influencer campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media channels.
• Oversee the end-to-end KOL campaign process, including content planning, production, publishing schedules, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using key performance metrics, providing data-driven optimization recommendations and conducting competitor analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand positioning and business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 4 years of experience in overseas KOL/Influencer Marketing, with a strong understanding of major social media platforms.
• Strong localization and market insight, with a deep understanding of local culture, consumer behavior, social media trends, and the influencer ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English as a working language, with Arabic language proficiency required.
