Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the IT landscape of our organization by performing the following duties and responsibilities:

• Project Leadership and Execution: Lead comprehensive IT projects, overseeing all phases from planning to deployment. Ensure projects are executed in alignment with business goals while maintaining strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements. Translate these requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions that address organizational needs and drive efficiency.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between business units, vendors, and technical teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Ensure all parties are aligned and working toward common objectives to achieve project success.
• Project Planning and Resource Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor progress continuously and make data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
• Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks that may impact project delivery. Implement robust mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure uninterrupted project flow.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT project management, business analysis, or a related field. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex IT projects in dynamic environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA), and IT infrastructure. Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies is essential.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive consensus toward common goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges effectively.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
