Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Inventory Management: Maintain impeccable inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counting, and robust inventory control measures. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to track transactions and ensure data integrity.
• Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff by allocating daily tasks, providing performance feedback, and fostering a culture of productivity and continuous improvement.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and compliance with company policies to create a secure and efficient working environment. Monitor and report on safety KPIs to mitigate risks.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze warehouse KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational performance to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between warehouse teams, procurement, logistics providers, and internal departments to resolve operational challenges, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate warehouse workflows, systems, and procedures to drive innovation, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Key Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume warehouse operations, including services or distribution environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with the ability to leverage technology to drive operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety standards, including OSHA or NEBOSH certifications, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or Certified Warehouse Professional (CWP) are highly desirable.
• Experience in implementing lean methodologies or continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations, with a preference for candidates who are Saudi nationals.
