We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Management Consultant to join a prestigious global consultancy firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an exceptional opportunity for an immediate hire within a fast-growing Performance Improvement practice, offering a 3–6 month contract with the potential for permanent employment. Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact performance improvement projects for top-tier clients, including multinational corporations, leading private equity firms, and investment funds. Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead and execute performance improvement initiatives across a variety of sectors, including Retail, Energy, Real Estate, Investment Funds, Aerospace & Defence, and more.
• Operational Diagnostics and Supply Chain Optimization: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement within clients’ operational frameworks and supply chain networks.
• Cost-Reduction Initiatives: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance profitability while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Financial Modelling and Decision Support: Create robust financial models to quantify the impact of proposed initiatives, enabling clients to make informed strategic decisions with confidence.

Your Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a combination of academic excellence, consulting expertise, and functional versatility. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Master’s degree with a strong academic record, preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• Professional Experience: 5–8 years of consulting experience at a top-tier international consulting firm, with a proven track record in performance improvement, operational transformation, or related fields.
• Functional Expertise: Broad experience across supply chain management, large-scale transformations, financial modelling, and pricing strategies.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop clear, insightful, and actionable presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Mobility and Work Permits: Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC region, as well as the ability to obtain a work permit for travel to the European Union.
• Residency Requirements: Valid or obtainable residency in Saudi Arabia, with administrative support provided to facilitate the process.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a valuable asset.
