• Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations and proposals.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
