The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing transportation planning and traffic engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong technical background in transportation planning, traffic engineering, and project management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing transportation plans and strategies.
• Designing and managing traffic engineering projects.
• Conducting traffic studies and analyses.
• Managing project teams and providing technical guidance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring project delivery meets client expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering.
• Proven experience in project management and leading teams.
• Strong technical skills in transportation planning, traffic engineering, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
