We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Static Equipment Engineer to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Engineering: Lead the design, specification, and engineering of static equipment in compliance with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, and TEMA. Develop detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Technical Analysis: Perform structural, thermal, and pressure analysis to assess the integrity and reliability of static equipment. Utilize advanced engineering software and tools to validate designs and mitigate potential risks.
• Project Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement specialists, and construction engineers, to ensure seamless execution of static equipment-related projects. Monitor progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all static equipment designs and installations comply with local and international regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards or non-compliance issues.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Provide technical support for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of static equipment. Diagnose operational issues, recommend corrective actions, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and enhance equipment longevity.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation, including design reports, technical specifications, and compliance certificates. Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and regulatory authorities as required.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Share best practices and contribute to the enhancement of engineering standards within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in static equipment engineering, with a focus on pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, or piping systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ASME, API, TEMA, and other relevant industry codes and standards.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as PV Elite, CAESAR II, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and adapt to the local work environment.
