Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communication Engineer with expertise in Avaya and Cisco technologies to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting unified communication solutions, including Avaya Aura, Cisco Unified Communications, Session Border Controllers, and contact center systems. This role is critical in delivering seamless communication infrastructure solutions to our clients, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

As a Unified Communication Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining unified communication systems, including VoIP solutions, call routing, and session management.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Avaya Aura, Cisco Unified Communications, and contact center platforms.
• Collaborating with clients to assess their communication needs and providing tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
• Applying change requests and managing the implementation and support phases of projects to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Monitoring system performance, conducting diagnostics, and proactively identifying potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Providing technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams on unified communication best practices and advanced features.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, software developers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in unified communication technologies and industry standards to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in unified communication systems, with a focus on Avaya Aura, Cisco Unified Communications, and contact center solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols, including SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and WAN technologies.
• Certifications: Valid technical certifications from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
• Virtualization & Cloud: Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
