The Ritz-Carlton, located in the vibrant city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our esteemed team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of managing and maintaining electrical systems in a large-scale, high-end hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
• Supervising and training a team of electrical technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure electrical systems support the overall operations and guest experience.
• Managing budgets, procurement, and inventory related to electrical systems.
• Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and international safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Proficiency in using computer software for maintenance management is an asset.
