Project Controller Trainee - Tamheer Program

We are seeking a driven graduate to join our team as a Project Controller Trainee under the Tamheer Program. The trainee will play a pivotal role in supporting project coordination, consulting activities, reporting, and talent initiatives.

• Support project planning, coordination, and monitoring, tracking progress, deliverables, timelines, and action items.
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Conduct research, collect data, and support basic analysis for consulting projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project requirement completion.
• Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels, supporting CV screening, candidate database management, and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate project and recruitment trackers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
