We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Western-Trained PICU Consultants to join an expanding tertiary pediatric healthcare program in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

As a PICU Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced critical care to pediatric patients. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing complex cases, including:

• Pediatric intensive care, encompassing a wide spectrum of critical conditions;
• Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) management, providing life-saving support for severe respiratory or cardiac failure;
• Cardiac ICU exposure, with a focus on post-operative care for pediatric cardiac surgery patients;
• Complex pediatric critical care, including multi-organ dysfunction and severe sepsis;
• Post-operative pediatric management, ensuring optimal recovery and outcomes;
• Collaboration within multidisciplinary ICU teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality patient care.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Board certification or fellowship from recognized institutions, such as the American Board of Pediatrics, Canadian Fellowship, CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training), or European Board in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine;
• Fellowship specifically in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, with a strong foundation in tertiary or quaternary pediatric care;
• Eligibility for GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) licensing, with a preference for candidates who can meet Saudi Arabia’s regulatory requirements;
• Proven experience in high-volume, tertiary pediatric centers, demonstrating proficiency in managing diverse and complex critical care cases;
• A commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the field of pediatric critical care.
