Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology vision and IT strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
• Digital Transformation: Lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives, technology product development, and innovation across all operational and service delivery areas.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company’s technology infrastructure, systems, and platforms.
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide technical, engineering, and development teams to deliver projects effectively, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Technology Adoption: Identify and integrate emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency, drive business competitiveness, and support strategic objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and various departments to understand business needs and deliver integrated, technology-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Information Security & Compliance: Oversee information security protocols, data protection measures, and compliance with local and international regulatory standards to safeguard company assets and customer data.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Prepare, manage, and optimize the annual technology budget, ensuring effective cost control, resource allocation, and strategic vendor partnerships.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the technology function in senior management and executive-level meetings, providing insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in IT management, technology leadership, digital transformation, or related roles, with a proven track record in leading IT teams, software development, or digital product teams.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems management, digital platforms, and technology operations, with a solid understanding of information security, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the fintech, digital platforms, or financial services sector is essential to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this domain.
