Chief Financial Officer - Digital Transformation Finance Leader

Our global client seeks an experienced senior executive to oversee the organization's future financial strategy, focusing on digital transformation and AI integration. Reporting directly to the CEO, this key role involves:

• Improving financial discipline and reporting credibility
• Optimizing cash and covenant compliance
• Deploying AI-first tools across the finance function
• Overseeing IT, HR, and digital transformation

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, with 5-8 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in IT consulting or technology-related managed services
• Expertise in financial controls and revenue recognition
• Proven track record in AI deployment and automation in financial operations
• A strong understanding of AI utilization and hands-on finance operations
• Experience in digital, cloud, or connectivity businesses
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with an MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred
• Professional credentials such as CPA, CFA, or CMA highly valued
