• Conducting diagnostic assessments to identify necessary repairs and parts replacement.
• Confirming diagnoses with customers using appropriate diagnostic checklists.
• Providing comprehensive information about required services and repairs.
• Introducing new services to promote upselling.
• Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments.
• Collaborating directly with customers to convey their needs to our Service Technicians.
• Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Following up with customers regarding estimate approvals, service updates, and completed work.
