Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Supply Chain Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify high-impact opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation to streamline supply chain operations and drive competitive advantage.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to secure buy-in, align priorities, and execute initiatives with precision and impact.
• Multi-Project Management: Lead multiple strategic initiatives concurrently, balancing priorities, mitigating risks, and delivering tangible results within defined timelines and budget constraints.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track progress, evaluate outcomes, and continuously refine supply chain strategies based on real-time data and insights.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in strategic supply chain leadership, particularly within high-stakes transformation environments. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive Experience: Minimum of 20 years of progressive supply chain management experience, with a strong focus on strategic transformation and project leadership.
• Saudi Private Sector Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Saudi Arabian private sector, including regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and operational best practices (mandatory).
• Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale supply chain transformation projects, including digital integration, process reengineering, and organizational change management.
• Complex Project Management: Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, manage competing priorities, and deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen understanding of commercial drivers and financial implications in supply chain decision-making.
• Executive Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership, articulate vision, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in multicultural and multilingual settings.
