Staff Nurse ( Prometric )

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care across medical-surgical, ICU, ER, or specialty units under physician supervision.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and perform clinical assessments in alignment with hospital protocols and Saudi MOH standards.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR) and maintain compliance with Prometric certification requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, patient education, and discharge readiness.
• Respond to emergency situations with clinical judgment and adhere to hospital safety and infection control policies.
• Participate in mandatory training, code blue drills, and continuous professional development to maintain licensure and Prometric eligibility.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Prometric Certification (Valid & Active), Active Saudi MOH License or Eligibility, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems, Clinical Documentation & Patient Assessment
• Preferred: ICU or ER Experience, Pediatric or Oncology Nursing Exposure, Arabic Language Proficiency (Basic to Conversational)
