Inventory Controller - Spare Parts

We are seeking a seasoned Inventory Controller to oversee and maintain inventory accuracy for automotive spare parts. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring stock precision and streamlined warehouse operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory records for automotive spare parts.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Process inventory transactions accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Generate inventory reports and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in automotive spare parts.
• Hands-on experience with Cycle Counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
