The ideal candidate will excel in understanding and addressing the needs of both new and existing customers to drive their success with our product. This involves fostering effective communication with clients and internal teams to anticipate and resolve customer issues proactively.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure customers' success
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand and meet their evolving needs
• Conduct on-site customer visits to identify growth opportunities within our platform
• Oversee and manage all customer account health reporting
