As our Sales Manager, you'll drive revenue growth and expand our customer base by:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Presenting tailored shipping and logistics solutions to meet customer needs
• Preparing and negotiating proposals and contracts
• Tracking sales performance and supporting strategic planning
• Collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate pricing and smooth service delivery

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries
• Exceptional client relationship management and negotiation skills
• A solid understanding of shipping processes, documentation, and international trade practices (experience in Jiddah or regional markets is a plus)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with additional language skills being beneficial
• The ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and work toward clear performance targets
• Proven proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
