TCG is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist to strengthen our IT team, ensuring the seamless operation and security of our headquarters and branch offices across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with a proven track record in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining robust IT systems, implementing cutting-edge security measures, and providing critical support to our expanding network of branches.

Mandatory Requirements – Essential Criteria

• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration, or a closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline from an accredited institution.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English, with fluency in written and spoken communication.

Note: Only candidates who meet all three mandatory requirements will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure across the company’s headquarters and branch locations, including networks, endpoints, identity management systems, and data backup solutions.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security baselines, access controls, endpoint protection protocols, and patch management strategies to safeguard company assets.
• Provide hands-on technical support for branch openings, including the setup of IT infrastructure, and respond to critical incidents with a commitment to on-site travel as required.
• Deliver comprehensive IT support to employees across all locations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations through both remote and on-site assistance.
• Design, document, and maintain internal IT processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to automate routine IT tasks, improve system monitoring, and proactively identify potential issues before they escalate.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous:

• Prior experience working in retail or multi-branch environments.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE), or similar credentials.

The IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist will be evaluated based on the following key performance indicators:

• Consistent system and network uptime, ensuring high availability of IT resources.
