• Compliance and Governance: Lead efforts to maintain rigorous adherence to international accounting standards (IFRS), local regulations, and internal policies to mitigate financial risks and ensure transparency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a multinational or large-scale organization. Prior experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with IFRS and local regulatory frameworks is essential.
