Parsons, a leading global engineering, construction, and professional services firm, is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Health and Safety Coordinator (Saudi National) for our Riyadh office.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees, contractors, and visitors on our projects. This is achieved by implementing and maintaining health and safety management systems, conducting risk assessments, and providing safety training.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing health and safety plans and procedures.
• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Investigating incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Providing safety training and inductions to employees and contractors.
• Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure health and safety is integrated into all aspects of our operations.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also have a relevant degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
