Your Role:

• Execute brand strategy and tactics to achieve sales performance, KPIs, and financial targets.
• Develop and implement effective call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs and market dynamics.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition and identify disease state experts to enhance brand performance.
• Operate within AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Specialist in a multinational company, preferably in specialty care therapy areas.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare providers, disease areas, and market dynamics.
• Proven integrity, curiosity, and a drive to learn and improve.
