Accel International - Ajyal Center, supported by Aramco, is a pioneering facility in Saudi Arabia dedicated to providing educational and rehabilitation services for children with disabilities. As the only center of its kind in the Kingdom, we adhere to rigorous global standards and deliver specialized, cutting-edge programs tailored to each child’s unique needs. Our Accel Model combines specialized education, therapeutic care, and rehabilitation, ensuring transformative outcomes across academic, behavioral, and social domains.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychological assessments using appropriate testing and diagnostic practices to determine eligibility and placement for special education services.
• Collaborate with teachers and the multidisciplinary team to develop academic and behavioral programming for students.
• Provide staff training in methodologies consistent with the ACCEL Model Classroom Program.
• Work closely with administrators and staff to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of all ACCEL International school operations.
• Conduct clinical interviews, evaluations, and interventions using psycho-educational, standardized metrics for students aged 3 to 18 with a variety of developmental disabilities and severity levels.
• Assess student performance, participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings, and provide individual and family counseling.
• Comply with ACCEL International for Saudi Arabia Education policies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in School Psychology or Clinical Psychology from an accredited university.
• Professional licensure required from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities.
• Five (5) years of post-graduation experience in School Psychology or Clinical Psychology, including administering standardized assessments, diagnosing, and counseling.
• Bilingual Arabic/English required.
